Vice Chairperson

Bintou Susso is an innovative and highly analytical Data Scientist with a strong background in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. With expertise in SQL, Java, Python, and statistical analysis, Bintou's work spans across various industries where she excels in transforming complex data into actionable insights. Her ability to present data in a clear, concise manner makes her equally effective at communicating with both executives and young learners. She is also passionate about empowering women of color in STEM fields, serving as the President of Today's Women Mentoring Group, which provides mentorship and support for young women of color.

Bintou holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master's in Interactive Intelligence from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management from Long Island University. With a career that spans engineering, data science, and mentorship, Bintou brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to The Namie Foundation. Her passion for data and social impact is instrumental in driving the foundation’s strategic initiatives, particularly those focused on educational transformation and capacity building.
